ADMINISTRATION ORDER
1. An order that can be made by a court to protect a person who has a county court judgment against them from their creditors pending repayment. Amounts/Debt > R 50 000
2. An order made by a court in respect of a company that appoints an ADMINISTRATOR to take control of the company.
In bankruptcy or estates, an order by a court mandating that creditors appoint an administrator to handle, pay off, or discharge the debts. In the event of a bankruptcy, the administration order may also charge the administrator with winding down a business' operations.
